At LUCKYDUCK.ME we handle a large variety of merchandise from various suppliers. We accept returns for refund or exchange, depending on the case and according to terms provided by each supplier. Please be advised that some suppliers may only offer exchanges, while others will only issue refunds. The return timeframe ranges from no return, to a maximum of 30 days. In most cases, customers pay for return shipping, Most suppliers require a return reason, as well as photos of the items, as proof that the product was either damaged, wrong or in the wrong quantity, or not as described. The returned item has to be in exactly the same condition the customer received it, with no signs of breakage, wear and tare, in the original packaging and with the original tags. Refunds are issued as soon as the returned items are received and the customer’s claims prove to be founded.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
